Some clients feel brief discomfort, but our estheticians use gentle techniques, pre-warm wax, and calm settings to minimize pain. We offer numbing options or patch tests for sensitive skin—always communicate concerns so we can adjust pressure and products.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and avoid exfoliating or applying retinoids for 48 hours. Hair should be about 1/4 inch long. Hydrate skin afterward and avoid sun exposure or heavy workouts for 24 hours for best results.
