Lip or Chin Waxing

Q: How long does the waxing service take?

The Lip or Chin Waxing service only takes about 15 minutes, making it a quick option for hair removal.

Q: How long does the hair stay away?

Waxing typically provides smooth results for 3 to 6 weeks, depending on individual hair growth cycles.

Q: Can I get waxed if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, we use gentle wax suitable for sensitive skin, and our estheticians will take special care during the procedure.

Q: What should I do before my appointment?

Exfoliate the area gently a day before, and avoid sun exposure or tanning products prior to your waxing session.

Q: Will waxing cause ingrown hairs?

While ingrown hairs can occur, regular waxing combined with proper aftercare can minimize their likelihood.

A single-area wax for the upper lip or the chin, whichever you need, done quickly and precisely. Fine facial hair catches the light and shows up in photographs far more than most people expect, and removing it at the root keeps the area clear for weeks rather than the day or two other methods manage. Your esthetician works with a wax chosen for facial skin and finishes with a calming application to settle the area before you leave.

Over the years I have frequented The Face Place for massages, body treatments, pedicures and facials. It feels peaceful from the moment you walk in and somehow from the aroma to the music to the staff everything seems to slow all the way down here for me which is exactly what you want when you are due for some pampering. Every massage and facial has been consistently amazing and I have felt refreshed and like someone pushed the reset button. There is a reason I keep coming back. Come here if you want relaxation and high quality service....more
